Driven by a deep commitment to grassroots change, he spent 5 years farming to understand the real challenges faced by farmers. This hands-on experience led to the founding of AGRIPLAST—a one-stop solution delivering high-quality products and expert advisory services to revolutionize Indian agriculture. In Abhishek’s words, “True success will come when every village, block, and district embraces technology in farming. Agriculture is the backbone of India, and by empowering our farmers, we empower the nation.”

With deep expertise in agri-marketing and digital ecosystems, he connects technology with farmer aspirations. His vision focuses on positioning Agrifirst as a trusted partner in protected cultivation and climate-smart farming solutions.

Peeyush Pandey heads agronomy at Agrifirst, guiding farmers with science-backed crop strategies and precision cultivation practices. Specializing in protected farming systems, fertigation, and high-value crops, he ensures optimal yields and sustainable production. His hands-on field expertise bridges infrastructure with practical, profitable farm management.

Rajan Pandey oversees operations at Agrifirst, ensuring seamless execution of polyhouse projects and infrastructure delivery. From planning to installation, he maintains quality standards and operational efficiency. His leadership strengthens project timelines, structural excellence, and on-ground coordination, supporting farmers with reliable, performance-driven systems.
