How It Works
SombraSol is a specially formulated white suspension that dries to form a uniform, light-diffusing coating on greenhouse surfaces. The coating reflects excess solar radiation, reducing internal temperatures by 3–7°C during hot months. When the summer season ends, the coating gradually weathers away naturally or can be washed off completely with pressurized water — restoring full light transmission for winter growing.
